Minimatch ("we," "our," or "the app") is published by Thrux. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your information.
Account Information: If you create an account using Sign in with Apple or email, we collect your email address and a display name. Sign in with Apple may provide a private relay email at your discretion.
Paint Collection Data: The paints you add to your collection, palettes, swatches, recipes, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
Photos: If you choose to add photos to your palettes or use the camera scanner, those images are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server.
Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.
Your paint collection, palettes, and app data are stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored securely on our servers hosted by Supabase (with data centers in the United States) and protected by industry-standard encryption.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Minimatch requests camera access to scan paint pots and photo library access to add images to palettes. All image processing (color extraction, OCR) happens on-device. No images leave your phone.
Minimatch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab in the app. You can also delete all local data by uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
