These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Minimatch mobile application ("the App") published by Thrux. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Minimatch is a miniature paint collection manager. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
Minimatch offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full app. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
The free tier allows you to manage up to 50 paints. The paid unlock ($4.99, one-time) provides unlimited paint collection management.
The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Thrux and protected by copyright law. Paint names, brand names, and logos referenced in the App are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Games Workshop, Citadel, Warhammer, and related names are registered trademarks of Games Workshop Ltd. Vallejo is a trademark of Acrylicos Vallejo S.A. The Army Painter is a trademark of The Army Painter ApS. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Photos and data you add to the App remain yours. By using cloud sync features, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the sync service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Paint color representations are approximations and may vary from actual paint colors due to screen differences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
